  • Workspace content: notes, tasks, application data, attachments, and metadata generated while you use the app.
  • Usage data: device information, log files, and analytics events that help us improve stability and product experience.
  • Support interactions: emails, chat transcripts, and feedback you share with our team.

How We Use Data

  • Provide and maintain the Dear Hiring Team application, including authentication and customer support.
  • Personalize product capabilities, such as reminders, notifications, and recommendations.
  • Monitor platform health, detect abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal information. Aggregated or anonymized insights may be used for product analytics or marketing, but never in a form that identifies you.

No system is completely secure, so we encourage you to use strong passwords and keep your login credentials confidential.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, as well as object to or restrict certain processing. Submit requests to info@dearhiring.team and we will respond within 30 days, subject to applicable law.

International Transfers
