Dear Hiring Team started as a quick script to keep track of one chaotic job search. We kept adding small utilities, and eventually realized they deserved a single, tidy workspace.

Today the project is still intentionally simple: it helps candidates track conversations, remember follow-ups, and share context with peers or mentors. No dashboards for hiring managers, no endless CRM features—just the essentials for people running their own search.
