1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and safeguarding access to your workspace.
- You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes.
2. Use of the Service
- You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must not reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or security mechanisms.
- You may not upload or transmit malicious code, infringing content, or data that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.
3. Subscriptions and Payment
Some features may require a paid subscription or usage-based fees. Prices, billing cycles, and payment terms are described in the ordering process or plan description. Unless otherwise stated:
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
4. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service and associated intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal use. Any feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Dear Hiring Team and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dear Hiring Team, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Dear Hiring Team is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the Service or via email. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
